A Cross, A Reminder How Sacrificed Jesus Christ

An iconic scene in the movie titled "Do You Believe?"

A cross isn't just a symbol but more than a thing. By growing up in a Catholic school that had many crosses every you meet, I have always felt safe and protected since I know He is always keeping me.

I remind of when I couldn't sleep due to a bad dream and it felt hurting, I went to the nanny's room to ask the help. She came in and brought her cross and a daily prayer paper. She asked me and led praying together by sleeping together. Yeah, I and she were sleeping together in a bed. After praying together, she asked me to hold the cross because she believed it will work. And, it worked! I could sleep! Thank you, Jesus Christ!

A cross is a miracle and reminds us of how Jesus Christ sacrificed for your sins. He died for you and He has risen so you can believe Him. How sacrificed Jesus Christ was for you! He leads and cares for you through His cross and the Holy Spirit. When I saw in front of Jesus Christ's cross, I felt there was something like I wanted to commit with Him and believed there was a wonderful something that you never realize. I have always wanted to be rooted by Him in my life, it was one of my childhood moments when growing up in a Catholic school.

If you are a movie lover, I think you are strongly recommended to watch "Do You Believe?", it is the best movie ever I watched and it related with what am I writing about a cross, by a reminder how sacrificed Jesus Christ. Then, open the Bible, Romans 5: 8-10, and Matthew 16: 24.

"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through Him! For it, while we were God's enemies, we were reconciled, shall we be saved through His life!" Roman 5: 8-10.

"Then Jesus said to his disciples, "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me." Matthew 16: 24.

Roman 5: 8-10 shows up how Christ sacrificed for your sinners because He loves you. His love is powerful and a miracle. His caring is making you are needed to commit to Him through lifting His cross. He has promised you, it has been written in the Bible such as Isaiah 41: 10.

If you believe in Him, you will be saved and always be forgiven because He loves sinners, not the sin and even He loves haters, not the hate. So, let's grow up your faith and serve Christ!

Have Jesus Christ Day.
