Consistency is The Key

Becoming a consistent life isn't easy because it what would you learn how to "P&P" or progress and process. The process makes you are valuing time and growing up. I do always make a bucket-to-do list of which things should I do and the purpose of making my life better, like I need to run or walk 2-3 miles or 3-4 km in an hour, if I have a bicycle I would run a maximum of 5 miles or 8 km in two hours, I want to spend more quality time with Jesus Christ, go to the fitness center to boost of a 10 pounds or 4 kg from 20 pound-targeted or 9 kilogram-targeted, share the gospel every day on the blog, to start the day by reading the bible, and night prayer every day. What is the result? I do not feel perfect what I expect but I believe in the process. The beginning process was I walked 1 mile in 30 minutes and went to the fitness center despite I lost 5 pounds or 2 kg (165 pounds to 160 pounds/ 74 kg to 72 kg) although I hope for 180 pounds or 81 kg because I am 5'11 feet or 180 cm should be a 180 lbs or 81 kg, I always did night prayer before going to bed. Unfortunately, I didn't start the day by reading the bible because usually, I did scrolling on my cellphone to see what happens and read the news for hours! That's definitely bad!

I love riding in the downtown or out town with 24 mph or 40 kph in 10-15 miles or 16-24 km. I have been always riding a motorbike since moving to Jogja. Jogja is the best place for riding a motorbike because it just needs to average 30 miles or 48 km in two hours with 36 mph or 57 kph. I love riding a motorbike! In Christianity, life is the definition of what you need to be a consistent life in what you do and what you have to plan for the day. If you want to start little things first that's okay and just like me because I want to believe in the process and try to make a better life. Let's read the Bible in Colossians 3: 17.

"And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." Colossians 3: 17.

Colossians 3: 17 says you need to be a consistent life in what you do and what you want to do for the day. About the process, you keep thanks to Him, by whatever you have resulted. The process isn't just about more a result, but in which of definition a promise to the life and Him. You don't need to expect a big thing but you can start a little thing and learn thing by thing so you will reveal what you have got through the whole process. I was a student-athlete, I got used to training at a high standard but now I must start with a little thing, do you think this is a step back for me? No, this is about the process and how to be grateful to God for whatever I have. So, I wish you are going to start a little thing first and you will get to know how you feel. He leads, teaches, and guides what you got through whole the process so you will finish with all your bucket-to-do-list! If you are over, please remain to do it again! Don't stop! Because that's the way you need to be grateful to Him, for what you have done. This is about consistency is the key!

Thanks! Jesus Christ bless you!
