I didn't think the Holy Spirit really does exist since getting baptized. I asked questions a lot about it and it seemed a complicated thing but it's a must to believe it. Pastor Mike told me, "I wish you are going to write about the Holy Spirit."I remember the 10-day night praying, there was a speech about the Holy Spirit and I couldn't catch on how the Holy Spirit works.
Hermina storied about two groups who have a different language appointed to build a tower near the beach. She asked, "Do you know? How can they build a tower?" Then, answered, "By gesture?" She said no. She explained, "No, they are given the Holy Spirit so they can build a tower together. This is Holy Spirit. How we can hang out by sign language despite I'm not good at signing, by the Holy Spirit comes to work us." I was like, "Oh that's the Holy Spirit that we ever talked about in the 10-day night prayer." I didn't realize it.
I have experienced how the Holy Spirit working is, I got almost three accidents in two days in a row but I was saved by God through Holy Spirit. When we had lunch after worship, I saw the way hearing people learned sign language and they worked hard to understand and respond back by sign language. And, many events that I have experienced about the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit can come to people, friends, stuff, and anything you can feel and see. The Bible discusses the Holy Spirit, 2 Corinthians 3: 17, Romans 15: 13, and 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20.
"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." 2 Corinthians 3: 17
"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust to Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." Romans 15: 13
"Do you know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20
Holy Spirit is the way how God works for you and on earth. So, after I was reading the Bible and experienced the Holy Spirit in my life, I can see how God moves in my life and hear what He talking to me. "Tongue", is a way that makes me remember the 10-day night prayer.
Now, I believe the Holy Spirit really does exist! Thanks, Jesus Christ for meeting best friends and a Christian community to grow with and learn so many things since through the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit is a must to believe in as a Christian. So, I do believe in how the Holy Spirit working is. So, I want to live in a godly Christ and only to be a follower of Christ.
